First Time Direct Ship
Over the Phone

To change a phone order to a first time direct ship the distributor must do the following:

Give the distributor a brief description about the Direct Ship Program and inform them when their next direct ship will go out and that they must make any changes one day prior to their direct ship date.

Fax or mail a hardcopy of a fax/purchase order form. Must reach Neways by the last day of the current month.

The form must include the order number of the order they wish to use as their first direct ship.

The automatic form of payment must be filled out.

The initials of the distributor must be present on the order form confirming that they would like this as their first direct ship.

The fax/purchase form must reach Neways by the last day of the month that the original order was placed in. If the form reaches Neways after the last day of the month the first Direct Ship will be placed for the current volume month and the original order will remain a one time single order.

It is the responsibility of the distributor to ensure the form reaches Neways before the end of the month. We will not make exceptions.
