Re. Bioterrorism and Product Claims Dear Distributor: We are sending this advisory to remind you that Neways products may only be promoted and marketed in accordance with Federal law - and may not under any circumstances be promoted for use in combating bioterrorism or diagnosing, preventing, mitigating, curing, or treating disease contrary to labeled indications. The promotion of Neways products for any unlawful indication - including indications associated with bioterrorism and/or Anthrax - will subject a distributor to immediate disciplinary action and potential termination. Neways applauds recent efforts by Federal regulators to prohibit companies from making inappropriate and unlawful claims, such as claims to prevent or treat Anthrax, and this advisory is intended to clearly set forth company policy on this issue. Any statements, including statements by distributors and/or company officials, contrary to this advisory would be inconsistent with company policy, and may result in disciplinary action.
